Super Easy Suffed Peppers


I made some stuffed peppers this morning and wanted to share the recipe with you all :) 
I am constantly trying new things in my peppers but I think I found a favorite. 
  • 1 package Lean Ground Turkey 
  • 1 can Black Beans 
  • Half a bag of Mushrooms (one bowl)
  • Italian Seasoning 
  • Garlic and Herb Seasoning 
400° for 35 minutes and literally, that's it. No fancy bread crumbs or rice. I feel the mushrooms do an excellent job of being a "carby" substitute. I don't add cheese because I don't like it. I probably would have added a can of diced tomatoes had I had any but oh well. Still delicious. I'll be eating these for lunch the rest of the week.
