Get UNready with me! (what I use)

Quick post showing what I use to take off my make-up and moisturize my face :)

MOST of the time I`m too lazy and/or tired to actually WASH my face so I like using the Simple cleansing face wipes. I also like the Simple exfoliating face wipes when I'm wearing a lot of make-up and feel I need an extra scrub. After I wipe it all off I pick up a Target Brand cotton round and my Boots Expert Sensitive Gentel Refreshing Toner (that's a mouth full!) and just get off any extra make-up that didn't come off and tone my face :) I really love this toner because it seriously works and leaves me skin so soft and clean. After my face dries I use the Pure Minerals Anti Aging Night Cream. It is never too early to start with anti aging products!
The wipes, cotton rounds, and toner I picked up at Target.
The night cream I picked up from TJ Maxx.

Hard Candy palette: Naturally Gorgeous

I used colors 1, 2, and 8 to create this simple/ light look.
Please excuse the undone and unwaxed eyebrows ;)

Hello all! Today I wanted to post about a recent purchase I picked up at Walmart. I can never have enough natural/neutral eyeshadow and I eye this palette every time I go to Walmart. Finally just picked it up!
This is the Hard Candy 10 shadow palette in Naturally Gorgeous. There are three other palettes I also want to eventually pick up (purple, pink, and green). I've used this palette every day since I've picked it up. There are so many looks you can get! I do not own either of Naked palettes but honestly do I really need to when I have this palette? Probably. Looking at this palette compared the the Naked 2 palette, the Hard Candy palette has more dark colors rather than light like I've seen the Naked 2 palette have. Here are some swatches :)

First 5 colors. They are pretty light but buildable.
With natural light and flash.

Last 5 colors. These ones are pretty dark and pigmented.
With natural light and flash.

What I like to pair this palette with. The ELF Eye Primer and the Maybelline Color Tattoo in Bad to the Bronze.

Overall I really like this palette and if you're looking for an inexpensive neutral palette, this is it!
Until next time,
-Samantha

Long Overdue Update AGAIN

I can never just come back for good can I? I really want to seriously stay. I like sharing new products and things I`ve done/seen.
UPDATE on the Corgi: There wasn't a girl for us in the December 11 litter. We do have a girl who was born December 28 though :D she is 4 weeks old as of yesterday. We pick her up the last weekend in February. And I took the whole following week off. HOPING to get her potty trained before I have to head back to work! No name decision but the list has come down to Ellie and Clementine (Clem, Clemmy). I would love your input on both those names so please feel free to leave a comment!
Also, back to school on Monday. So far I'm registered for Communications and waitlisted for English and a Child Dev. Working toward my Child Dev permit! So close, yet still a bit far.
This post is probably all over the place. Here are some recent pics :)
